KS series cold light source miner s lamp is a special lighting for the workers to wear in the coal.Rating : 4.0 V 4 Ah .

KS type miner's lamp with double light souces,uses acid-lead battery as its power supply. Electrolysis fluid is filled into battery from side. The battery is charged automatically through the headpiece and gas discharges off from battery cover. Battery cover, notch and hole are all airtight. No fluid would sweep off. A safety device is provided in the headpiece which cuts off current immediately when bulb and cover glass are  broken accidentally.Features and specifications: 1, There is a main light and an assistant light in the lamp head,when the main light burns out,turn to the assistant filament to continue lighting.2,Put the charging hole of lamp head to the plug of charging shelf, rotate 180° clockwise, it can be recharged automatic. 3, The miner lamp adopts constant voltage parallel charging mode, charging simplification.At the end of charging time, the charging current is under 0.1 amps , so it will not over charge.  Usage When receive the miner'slamp,please check if the packing is in good condition,and check the attached statement, certification and packing list,see whether the actual number of lamps is as the same as packing list shows,and see is there any damage of accessories. Charge the first timeNew lights must be filled electrolyte before charging. First charge is a very important process,it will directly affect the life of battery.  First charging takes constant current parallel mode to charge in the charging rack. Follow these steps:

1, Put the wrench into the hole of the ventilative cover, screw off the cover, take out the washer and Plug, dump the battery about 45 °, inject sulfuric acid electrolyte (density of 1.260 or 30 °)into the battery with injection. KS8 type need about 120ML, KS9 type need about 130 ML.Then fit the plug and tray the washer,screw down the ventilative cover.Wipe up the electrolyte  outside.2,Leave the  battery 2-4 hours, for the pole-plate and separator fully absorb the electrolyte and cool,then erect the battery, if the electrolyte surface is below injection hole, add some electrolyte more to even the surface.3, Electrify the charging rack, adjust voltage to the lowest, then put the miner’s lamps to the rack according to the serial number.The index of charge indicator leans to right and has a slight swing, it means normal circuit. 4, adjusted voltage once an hour,to keep the charging current at 1 amp.Add distilled water when charge 48 hours,even the electrolyte surface to the injection hole,fit the plug,washer and ventilative cover.Go on charging to 60 hours, then add distilled water again, continue to charge for 2 hours. At this time, check the electrolyte to see if the density is over or under 1.280 ± 0.01 (30 °),then adjust it.Charge at 1 amp for 2 hours again until the density of electrolyte achieves requirement.
